1. Please introduce yourself to the readers of Money and Peace and tell us a bit about your background in the online industry. Do you handle Unblockexchange alone or do you have any assistants?
My name is Mircea and I represent the Unblockexchange service. Our company is made up of several employees. Our team includes programmers, support staff, SEO optimizer etc. Unblockexchange also has a strong management team with significant experience in the online industry, information technology, payment processing, e-commerce and customer support. Nowadays to maintain an e-currency exchanger on top of the market you need to have large reserves and experienced staff. Do it alone and it’s almost impossible.
2. What are the e-currencies you’re currently working with? Do you support all exchange directions, i.e both buying and selling, between them?
Currently we work with LibertyReserve, PerfectMoney, StrictPay, SolidTrustPay. Of course that list will be extended according to our customer needs. We respect rules of all e-currency processors and we do not do prohibited exchanges.
3. What are the current exchange rates for the main exchange transactions? Are they fixed or temporary and what are the market conditions that can affect this?
Current exchange rates can always be found on our fees page. They are fixed but can change according to the market. We try to make our fees lowest on the market so our customers can make all their exchanges within our system with pleasure.
4. Tell us more about the Buy e-currency option. What e-currency can one buy from your website? What are the payment methods and how long should one wait before his e-currency account is credited?
Well, you can buy all e-currencies that we work with. You can buy an e-currency using Wire Bank Transfer, Western Union transfer, Moneygram transfer (you can also send a money transfer that is available in your country but you need contact our support before doing so). Usually wire transfer takes 2-4 business days to arrive in our bank account. It depends on the bank’s location, bank schedule, deposit policy of the bank, currency of transfer etc. Some of our customers have received transfers in as fast as one hour because their account was in the same bank as our one. Money transfer orders take one business day to be completed after confirmation.
5. Also can you tell us more about the Sell e-currency option. What e-currency can be sold on the Unblockexchange website? What are the required conditions for one to receive money from an e-currency? How long does it usually take to turn this virtual money into cash?
We can sell all e-currencies except PayPal, MoneyBookers, and ePassporte due to security reasons. Customers can withdraw e-currency via wire bank transfer, money transfer, debit card. I have already given you information about wire transfer and money transfer orders. Debit cards that are issueded via our service are instant and exchanges from an e-currency to a card takes only about one business hour. After that customer can go to an ATM and withdraw their funds. Customers can choose any option and make a choice based on what way is more convenient for them.
6. Can you tell us what are the most in demand currencies at this moment? Also what currencies are the members of your exchanger selling more than others?
If an e-currency is popular then it is being bought and sold as well. Demand from customers can vary over different periods of time and we can perceive changes in the market. At the moment the most exchanged e-currencies are LibertyReserve, PerfectMoney and StrictPay and SolidTrustPay
7. Is your company legally registered anywhere? How can one trust your company?
Our company was incorporated in Romania. We found that the Romanian jurisdiction is beneficial to our line of business. Our main aim is to earn customers confidence in our service by hard work. 8. What are your plans for the 2010? Are you planning to add new processors or launch new features?
We have great plans for 2010. We are planning to add new payment processors, if they will be in demand by our customers and negotiations with systems will be carried out. Also we will make video tutorials for our customers about the Unblockexchange system so they will be able to understand the processes of registration, verification etc. easily. We also plan to add different languages on our site so customers will feel more comfortable using their native language.
